Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vizax.ai and its applications, including Verify (app.vizax.ai), Predict (predict.vizax.ai), and Generate Document (letters.vizax.ai) (together, the "Services"), operated by Travel-Helper UK Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. Some features require an account, which you access through our identity provider (Auth0). You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at contact@vizax.ai if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. What the Services do — and important limitations

The Services are informational and productivity tools to help you prepare visa applications. In particular:

• Verify checks uploaded documents against requirements to help you spot issues before you submit. Documents you upload are processed to run the check and are not stored (see our Privacy Policy).
• Predict provides an estimated likelihood of approval based on the information provided. It is an estimate only.
• Generate Document produces letter templates (e.g. HR letters) from the details you enter, for you to review, complete, and have properly issued and signed.

The Services are not legal or immigration advice, and are not a substitute for professional advice. We are not a law firm and do not provide regulated immigration advice. We do not guarantee any visa outcome. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, or authority, and are outside our control. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information and documents you use, and for your final application.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; upload, generate, or submit false, forged, or fraudulent documents or information; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Services; or use the Services in a way that infringes others' rights. We may suspend or terminate access for breach.

5. Subscriptions, fees & payment

Certain features are offered on a paid subscription basis across different tiers. When you subscribe:

• Fees, tier features, and the billing cycle (e.g. monthly or annual) are shown at the point of purchase.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Your access runs for the period you paid for and ends at the end of that period unless you choose to renew.
• You can stop using a subscription at any time; you retain access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Prices may change; any change will apply to future purchases or renewals, not to a period you have already paid for.
• Fees do not include VAT at this time. If VAT or other taxes become applicable, this will be shown at checkout.
• Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor.

Cancellation & refunds

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Where you ask us to start a digital service immediately and acknowledge that you may lose this right once the service has begun, that right may not apply. Outside the United Kingdom, fees are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including their software, design, and content (excluding your own content), are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose. Documents you generate are yours to use for your application. You retain any rights in content you provide; because we do not store uploaded verification documents, we claim no rights over them.

7. Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties (e.g. Auth0 for login, AWS for hosting, and a payment processor). Your use may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties (such as fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results). We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any prediction or check is complete or correct.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for: any visa refusal, delay, or decision by any authority; indirect or consequential loss; or loss arising from your reliance on a prediction, check, or generated document. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims and losses arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms, including any submission of false or fraudulent documents.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or use the Services unlawfully. You may stop using the Services at any time; paid subscriptions end as described in section 5.

12. Changes

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here and change the "Last updated" date; material changes will be notified where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
